AStER MM/E Chlorine-free and low-oil mist metal working lubricant on mineral oil base. Suited for machining steel, aluminium and non-ferrous
metals in automatic machines under medium operating conditions.
AStER Mp Low oil mist, mineral oil-based metal working lubricant to be used as metal working oil as well as lubricating and hydraulic oil.
Suited for chipping processing under medium operating conditions as well as for grinding operations of steel, aluminium and
non-ferrous metals (HLP 32, CLP 32).
AStER tA/E High-performance machining lubricant on mineral oil base with very good rinsing capacity. It is suited for processing steel alloys
and nonferrous metals using machine tools by following manufacturers: Davenport, Gildemeister, Tornos, Index etc… Also suited
for gear cutting on Gleason machines. It is approved for difficult grinding operations (profile grinding) on Kapp machines.
AStER tG High-performance machining lubricant on mineral oil base with very good rinsing capacity. It is suited for processing steel alloys.
AStER S Cutting oil suited for processing high-alloyed steels in such processes as thread cutting, precision cutting, broaching, etc…
When processing non-ferrous metals the parts shall be rinsed immediately after the process, since otherwise stains might
appear.

Low-viscosity, alloyed high-performance machining lubricant on mineral oil base with specific agents. Especially suited for deep
drilling, broaching and milling of materials which are difficult up to very difficult to be processed. Also suited for other chipping
processes such as thread cutting, gear scraping etc… where a low-viscosity cutting oil is required. The product is not suited for
non-ferrous metals.
MEtALCUt 22 tB Low-viscosity alloyed high-performance machining lubricant on hydrocrack base with specific agents. Especially suited for deep
drilling, broaching and milling of materials which are difficult up to very difficult to be processed. Also suited for other chipping

MEtALCUt 10 RtS
Metal working lubricant based on a combination of polar and chemically active additives. Due to this ad-hoc formulated additive
combination much longer tool service life as well as an excellent surface finish can be achieved, if compared to standard products
used so far. With this product very good results can be achieved in such processes as thread cutting, deep drilling and gearing
and in other difficult working processes. Not suited for non-ferrous metals.
MEtALCUt Ep 1510 A Alloyed high-performance HC-based machining lubricant with special additives. Especially suited for deep drilling, broaching
and grinding of materials which are hard up to very hard to be machined. Also suited for other chipping processes such as thread
cutting, when active cutting oil is required. Not suited for non-ferrous metals.
